Our team carefully prepares each parcel from our London studio. Most orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of placement. During peak seasonal periods, this window may extend slightly, though we strive for absolute promptness.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT Monday through Friday are processed for same-day dispatch. Weekend orders are processed on the following Monday.
